M.S. Applicants holding a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution M.S./Ph.D. Combined Applicants holding a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Ph.D. Applicants holding a master’s degree from an accredited institution
- English Proficiency

- All classes will be conducted in English.
- Applicants whose first or native language is not English are required to submit an English proficiency test report.
- English proficiency test report should be one of designated test report among TOEFLibt, TOEFLcbt, IELTS and TEPS within expiry date.
- English proficiency test report issued by unofficial language institute such as private language institute, test managed by University is not allowed.
- Applicants who have completed a degree program in an English speaking country are exempted from providing an English proficiency test report.
- Required Documents

- - The application form must be downloaded from the SIMS website.
- - Applicants must submit all necessary documents on or before the due date.
- - Applicants are required to submit two letters of recommendation - one from their previous university (the graduated university) and one from the university they are applying to (the applying university).
