Application Eligibility
M.S. Applicants holding a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
M.S./Ph.D. Combined Applicants holding a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Ph.D. Applicants holding a master’s degree from an accredited institution
English Proficiency
  • All classes will be conducted in English.
  • Applicants whose first or native language is not English are required to submit an English proficiency test report.
  • English proficiency test report should be one of designated test report among TOEFLibt, TOEFLcbt, IELTS and TEPS within expiry date.
  • English proficiency test report issued by unofficial language institute such as private language institute, test managed by University is not allowed.
  • Applicants who have completed a degree program in an English speaking country are exempted from providing an English proficiency test report.
Required Documents
  • - The application form must be downloaded from the SIMS website.
  • - Applicants must submit all necessary documents on or before the due date.
  • - Applicants are required to submit two letters of recommendation - one from their previous university (the graduated university) and one from the university they are applying to (the applying university).

    All applicants must send original hard copies of the required documents to the SCH Graduate School Office address below

    Admitted applicants must submit all documents necessary for visa processing to the address below:
