● NLRP3 INFLAMMASOME RESEARCH
We still have only a very limited understanding of Chronic Inflammation on Metabolic diseases. Answering questions about this is essential for understanding the mechanistic role it plays on NLRP3 inflammasome activation by Diabetes-driven Metabolites and DAMPs (Damage Associated Molecular Patterns). We are developing molecular target and Specific inhibitors of NLRP3 inflammasome activation in macrophages.

● NECROSOME RESEARCH
In an effort to gain a better understanding of Necroptosis (Programmed Necrosis), We have investigate the function and molecular mechanism of Necroptotic cell death on Human metabolic diseases. We are working on the development of Diagnostic marker for Metabolic cell death by Necroptosis.
